Sticky notes

Connectors
Quick connect: select a shape or note and click one of the small arrows around it. The next one appears, already connected and ready to type in. Drag an arrow onto another item to join them. Lines follow when things move. Label a line (Yes, No), make it dashed, point it both ways, or give it right-angle bends.
Move, resize and turn
Select and drag to move, drag a corner to resize, and turn anything with the round handle. Select several at once by dragging a box around them.
Undo and redo
Made a mistake? Undo it with Ctrl+Z, or Cmd+Z on a Mac. Every board also keeps saved versions for 30 days.
60 templates in 13 types
Each board has up to 20 pages as tabs across the top, like slides in a deck. From classroom activities and graphic organizers to project management, strategy and process improvement. Choose New from template on My boards, or pick one whenever you add a page, and change it to suit your group. Keep your boards in groups, like a folder for each class or cohort.

Edit
Edit the text in documents and slides, and the values in spreadsheet cells, right there.
Mark up PDFs
Draw, highlight, add text, white out, fill in forms, and turn or remove pages. Or put a page on the board so everyone can draw on it together.
New versions
Replace a file with a newer version. Earlier versions are kept for 30 days.
Checked for safety
Files with macros, scripts or hidden programs are refused before anyone opens them, and sites with a virus scanner check every upload.
